Instead of our usual 8 course Degustation dinners that we hold monthly, we offer a more accessible à la carte shared plate dining with a menu changing monthly to reflect the best produce available for the season.
All produce is sustainably produced with free range meats & sustainable seafood plus organic vegetables wherever possible. Our Head Chef, Leigh McDivitt has created the below menu for this month
